1. Remove the pen from its packaging
2. Hold the pen upright, with the E facing down
3. To medicate, inhale at the top end of the pen
4. You know you are receiving an inhale when the E lights up
5. Release your mouth from the top of the pen to complete an inhale
6. The disposable pen is completed when you are no longer able to inhale vapor and the E begins to blink. Dispose when done.
