You must be 18 years old to purchase medical marijuana at our dispensary. Patients under the age of 18 are required to have a caregiver apply on their behalf. If you are the minor's parent, legal guardian or spouse, you can serve as your minor's caregiver by registering as their caregiver. If you are not the minor's parent, legal guardian or spouse, an 'authorization to designate a third-party caregiver' form must be completed.
No. At this time, Pennsylvania does not offer reciprocity to out-of-state patients. You must be a resident of Pennsylvania and be registered with the state's medical marijuana program to purchase medicine.
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, Autism, Cancer (including remission therapy), Crohn’s Disease, Dyskinetic and Spastic Movement Disorders, Intractable Spasticity associated with spinal cord nervous damage, Epilepsy, Glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, Huntington’s Disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Intractable Seizures, Multiple Sclerosis, Neuropathies, Neurodegenerative Diseases, Opioid Use Disorder for which conventional therapeutic interventions are contraindicated, ineffective, or for which adjunctive therapy is indicated in combination with primary therapeutic interventions, Parkinson’s Disease, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Severe Chronic or Intractable Pain, Sickle Cell Anemia and Terminal Illness.
The approved products for the Pennsylvania medical marijuana program include pills, oils, topicals (creams, ointments, gels, etc.), tinctures, liquid, and dry leaf. Edibles are not avaialble for purchase in Pennsylvania.
